FAG Industrial Services GmbH (F'IS) - Competence in Maintenance
FAG Industrial Services GmbH (F'IS) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Schaeffler KG, Herzogenaurach and offers its products and services all about machine diagnosis, plant monitoring and predictive maintenance on a manufacturer-independent basis. They enable our customers to increase the service life and production capacity of their production facilities significantly while reducing their overall cost considerably.
F'IS develops and manufactures products for monitoring machines by means of vibration analysis as well as special products for the mounting and dismounting of rolling bearings. The 100% in-house tested rolling bearing greases of our own brand, ARCANOL, form another important element within our range of products. In the service sector, we specialize in the performance of condition monitoring services such as structure-borne sound analyses, balancing and alignment service, consulting services in the field of centralized maintenance management systems (CMMS) as well as the reconditioning of rolling bearings and the performance of mounting and dismounting services.
Moreover, we regularly hold training courses for partners and customers in the areas of vibration analysis and rolling bearing mounting. Our range of products and services is rounded off by a comprehensive telediagnosis service offered by our in-house remote monitoring center, which was certified by Germanischer Lloyd, as well as the option to conclude performance based contracts. F'IS employs a large number of highly competent service engineers in more than 100 countries on all continents who are always at our customers' disposal. | ||||||||
