FAG ProCheck - simple, intelligent, reliable

FAG ProCheck is an intelligent online monitoring system of the latest generation that can measure, record and analyse data independently from other systems. Thanks to its very flexible configuration options, it can be used to monitor machines and components in nearly all industry sectors. Housed in a pressure-capsulated casing from R. STAHL, the FAG ProCheck is also suitable for use in potentially explosive atmospheres.

FAG ProCheck: Monitoring and diagnosis

• Data collection, filtering, analysis and first diagnostics are done on FAG ProCheck itself
• Characteristic values and alarms that were configured beforehand can be passed on to a controller via analog and digital interfaces
• Early detection of emerging damages and variations of normal state
• Connection to a server via a serial interface, modem or TCP/IP
• In case of missing connection, data will be stored locally

• Suitable for use in Equipment Group Ex II 2G (Ex II 2G EEx de [ia] IIB T6)
• On request, also available in compliance with other internationally valid explosion proofing standards
