• Small enough to be installed in any nacelle
  The device is so small - 260 mm wide, 150 mm high and 90 mm deep – that it can be installed even in small spaces, for example in the nacelle.
• Easy integration into wind turbine
  Thanks to TCP / IP, serial communication (WiFi, optional) and compatibility with existing firmware and software, the FAG WiPro s can be integrated into the turbine easily.
• Flexible and easy installation in the field
  The FAG WiPro s features a standardized connection technology which permits easy installation without additional expensive cables and connectors. Thanks to its standard M12 connectors and isolation amplifiers (separate modules), the device can be installed easily and without any problems.
• Greater operational reliability thanks to failure protection
  The FAG WiPro s features improved overvoltage protection for current, additional signals, communication and sensor defect detection, which increases its’ operational reliability.
• Extended condition monitoring functions
  With eight measuring channels, combined with 2 additional channels (including one input that can be used as a rotor speed input), the device can monitor several measuring points at the same time and thus detect any damage at an early stage.
• Suitable for use in offshore wind farms
  The extended operating temperature range (for environmental temperatures from -20 0C to +70 0C) and protection class IP 67 make the FAG WiPro s suitable for rough environments and, therefore, ideal for use in offshore wind farms.
