VibroCheck – the “Pro” among Vibration Analysis devices

The VibroCheck is a PC-based vibration monitoring system used for permanent monitoring of vital machine elements such as roller bearings and gears. Up to 2048 sensors can be attached to the system. The system measures vibration signals as well as other physical quantities such as temperature, power, pressure, etc. The measured signals can also be used for remote diagnosis.

Minimize the risk of an unforeseen failure

The stationary monitoring system VibroCheck distinguishes itself above all by its very high reliability in predicting damage. It is therefore very suitable for the use in machinery with rapidly wearing elements and in plants requiring relatively little maintenance. Unforeseen downtimes thus do no longer pose any problems.

Automatic Expert Systems

In addition to the monitoring of characteristic values, the VibroCheck includes an automatic expert system able to indicate damage at an early stage. The system takes advantage of the fact that frequency analysis reveals even the smallest amplitudes of periodic signals, so that these signals can be evaluated before they are able to influence the composite characteristic values. The expert system obtains information from an automatically conducted frequency analysis. A bearing list contains all bearings and bearing elements that are to be monitored by the VibroCheck.
