Mobile Condition Control

MobiCheck is a mobile data collector which can be used together with the maintenance system MAXIMO®. With a handheld inspections are performed using electronical check lists. MobiCheck is particularly suitable for inspections in spacious plants where numerous checkpoints have to be dealt with under rough conditions.

How is MobiCheck operated?

With support of your workshop PC which has access to your data base (ORACLE oder SQL-Server) check lists for inspections are being generated
The check lists are being transferred to the handheld
During the inspection tour the check lists are being worked off by simply entering the information requested directly into the handheld
After the inspection the collected data are transferred to the PC
An automatic syncronisation with the database of your MAXIMO®-System takes place and follow-up work orders are being generated automatically

Advantages

The major advantages of MobiCheck are a significantly reduced error ratio as well as a considerable time-saving up to 90 %. Thanks to the handheld's low weight and long service life as well as its resistance to dust and humidity, MobiCheck is not only suitable for usage in spacious plants but also in dusty environments such as workshops or outdoors.
