Online Monitoring

Machines that are critical for the process of production require online monitoring. Only by permanently knowing the exact condition of the machine protection from an unplanned shutdown and expensive loss of production can be guaranteed. If there is an additional risk of consequential damage the costs for online monitoring are being amortized after a few months. In order to reduce the break-even point F’IS has developed systems with up to 8 channels that can perfectly be adapted to the requirements of the plant. Thus, also for plants of medium size low-cost monitoring of highest standard can be implemented. An example is monitoring of self-contained systems such as mills or wind turbines.

F'IS provides competent consulting when it comes to monitoring including not only the right choice of the hardware required but also the configuration of the hardware and the software and if necessary the integration into existing systems. Depending on the know-how of the customer's staff the monitoring service can be performed by the customer himself or by F'IS. Since all F'IS systems meet the requirements of remote monitoring F'IS is able to offer low-cost monitoring without additional costs such as for example travel expenses. If the customer has already established a condition monitoring department F'IS can also provide only the diagnosis service after an instruction and/or training of the staff.
