Service Contract

 

The wishes and needs of customers are manifold. F'IS does not believe in ready-made solutions. Our formula are individually tailored service contracts. With those F'IS is able to consider the customers' individual requirements. Anything is possible: Training and support concepts that lead to a profound condition monitoring know-how as well as contracts that provide a full monitoring service. The costs depend on the concrete content of the contract.

Example: Training- and support package

 

The goal is to establish over a period of 2 years a profound condition monitoring knowledge (offline monitoring). In the first 3 months trainings are held on site and a monitoring concept is generated (what, how and how often). Moreover, analyses are performed together with the customer's staff. Then the contributions of the F'IS experts are continuously reduced until the customer's staff is finally able to monitor the machines independently.

 

Example: Online monitoring with guarantee of plant availability

 

The goal is to make use of the advantages of vibration analysis without training the customer's staff. An "all inclusive no worries package" provides permanent monitoring and guarantees a minimum warning period of 6-8 weeks prior to the breakdown of the machine. Thus, the customer has enough time to take all necessary steps, e.g. taking care of replacing the damaged machine parts etc. The features of our products as well as years of experience in the field of condition monitoring allow F'IS to agree on a guarantee if desired. If the monitored machine breaks down and leads to a shutdown we will reimburse you the monitoring costs for a maximum of 1 year.
