Recondtioning of large bearings

Reconditioned bearings provide the same performance as new bearings. The F'IS team offers the repair of used large bearings (with outside diameters of up to 4,250 mm), which is carried out quickly and at a favourable price. Depending on how badly damaged a bearing is, it can be reconditioned at ca. 20 % to max. 70 % of the cost of a new bearing. The repair takes 2 to a maximum of 12 weeks. This not only makes reconditioning economical; after a careful examination and damage analysis, customers in some cases even are given the same warranty as for a new bearing. We offer the reconditioning of large bearings to customers in all industries. Operators of rolling mills, paper machines, mining machines and wind turbines in particular can benefit significantly from this service.
