New F'IS Training Center

 

F'IS opened a new, application-orientated training center on the factory premises of the Schaeffler group in Schweinfurt. Highlight of these new premises are industry-sector-specific training platforms with large sized bearings. They have a direct practical relevance and therefore contribute to a maximum training success. The new training center offers the latest training opportunities on nearly 500sqm. The premises are separated in two areas for theoretical and practical training, whereas the latter takes up the most space.

The focus of the practical training rooms is on different training platforms with typical large sized bearings from the paper, steel and mining industry as well as a gearbox. Due to these different training platforms, mounting trainings can be customized according to the participants' requirements. To guarantee the best possible training success, the participants themselves decide on which training platform they want to practice. During the trainings, bearings of a diameter up to 800mm are used.
